Office Manager - Marion Dobbins
is a 6th generation Fairfax County Resident who has over 20 years experience in the Practice Management field. Her career started with Public Health and has led her to both Managed Care and Private Practices. She is a graduate of Northern Virginia Community College, and now attends the University of Virginia. She is also a Certified Medical Assistant. Marion is married with three wonderful children and one grandchild. Her interests are in history and public speaking. Marion's experience and work ethic will insure that our patients are provided with excellent services at Fair Oaks Skin Care Center. Should you have any questions or comments regarding our services or our practice in general, Marion is the person to see.

Clinical Staff
Jaime Bears, MA; Ebonee Queen, MA; and Maggie Cole, MA assist the physicians with the care and treatment of patients seen in the office.

Aesthetician - Linda Cushman
Linda Cushman began her health and beauty profession in 1978 when she received her cosmetology/cosmetician license from the State of California.  Now a licensed, Master Aesthetician from the prestigious Yvonne De Vilar Scientific Skin Care School in Vienna, Virginia; Linda continues her passion started under the mentorship of Dr. Montalvo in San Diego, California 30 years ago.  Linda is a comforting guide during your dermalogical treatment from Fair Oaks Skin Care Center and her gentle touch, soft smile, and professionalism will bring out your real beauty locked inside.

Aesthetician - Jana Fedorova
Jana Fedorova is a 1997 graduate from the prestigious school of aesthetics in Bratislava, Slovakia.  Jana Fedorova holds a Master Aesthetician license in the state of Virginia and she is a member of the Association of Skin Care Professionals.  Jana brings to Fair Oaks Skin Care Center the unique blend of European style skin care.  Certified by the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP), Jana Fedorova is skilled in permanent makeup application.  Come and see Jana for a wellness experience in Skin Care.

Front Office Staff

Diane Hubbs, Dana Hoston, and Monica Hudson run the front desk efficiently working with patients, doctors and other staff members to facilitate a warm, friendly and professional environment.
